I’m a RTS-nominated director and showrunner of premium documentaries, known for crafting gripping, humane and authentic singles and series for worldwide audiences on networks such as Netflix, HBO, MAX, Channel 4 (UK) and the BBC.

As an American who has made her home in London, my fluency in both cultures allows me access to the heart of the story, and the hearts of interviewees. I create narrative structures that keep audiences glued to the screen, and my visuals are elegant, innovative, and a pleasure to the eye.

Recent projects include Balloon Boy, a wild tale about a homemade flying saucer which I developed, wrote and directed. It shot to number one in the UK and US on Netflix. I series-directed and appeared in front of the camera for The Ruth Ellis Files, an authored journey into the life of the last woman hanged in the UK. It broke viewing records for BBC4. Turning to audio, I wrote and hosted Killer Book Club, an original take on a very literary murder, which rose to number one on Audible Podcasts.

My latest directing credit is a four-part series for Channel 4 (UK), about the tumultuous final years of the King of Pop.
